it appears to be, its owner described it as perfect for London.
Basically the wheel of a dutch bike on an MTB, which one less brake.
Gut feeling that the drum brake arm didn't fit in the thick suspension fork legs, that this is as far as the owner can put it.
Fucking terrifying.
