Yes.
Combination of:
- DNS whois records (name, address and phone of the person who registered the domain)
- the email address of the spammer
- the IP address to give confidence that the source was geographically close to the addresses identified
I spotted the shared surname of the whois and the spammer straight away, so didn't look further after having that.
Typically I'd look at Company House data too, and any office locations, or start Googling the email addresses or phone numbers.
But meh, figured it out in a few seconds and I'm lazy.
