An interesting case here. It is alleged that the driver changed his statement from what he said immediately after the crash. Also, the motorcyclist seems to have been driving quite slowly, well within the speed limit, which suggests that the combined speed of the bus and the motorcycle must have been high enough to cause the fatal impact:
