That's been built into the wrong place. Needs to be re-laced.
this makes it instant horrible ^
But I was talking about the angle op hooks vs the stem angle. The angle of the bars is perfect, but in combination with that stem it just looks awful. And let's be honest.. If you're gonna rock a stem with such a negative angle, you have to slam it.

that bar angle/stem angle mismatch just kills me.. that and the incredibly long front valve
