If that's the correct saddle height, the bike appears to be too large for you, however, a bike in this age and conditions should be kept indoor, so don't feel guilty to not riding it. Rise the saddle and hang it on a wall at home! That's a really beautiful bike.
It fits me very well I'm 6'3". I'm going to sell it and give it a proper home to a rider that will take care of it and keep it in the shape it's in. As I mentioned I'm a Ferrari and Maserati guy. I know cars not bikes but I definitely appreciate Italian craftsmanship.
