FS: Pennine Track/Path Frame. Vintage

I'm selling a British vintage frame that I've never got around to building into a full bike as I decided that's it's too small for me. It's from the 1960's I believe, with the original paint. Also has campagnolo axel in the square tapered bottom bracket which is in good condition. Asking for £150, but open to offers. Pickup WC2R weekdays.

Wasn't this sold on another Pennine topic last week?

I was going to sell to Stayer Cycles in Stratford, but they've decided to stop buying vintage frames to concentrate on building wheels instead. (Not because they didn't like it) So it's available still, just thought I'd start its own thread rather than hijacking someone elses.

Seat tube length, top tube length and seat post size would be useful.

It's Reynolds 531.

Seat Tube: 560mm (centre of BB to top of ST)
Top Tube: 550mm (centre to centre)
Seat post size: 26.8mm (inside diameter)
