I always get a bit of grease coming out of the axle end after regressing, i reckon as the grease loosens/warms up with the pedal turning. I find it helps to gently press the seal back in with small flat head screwdriver after the regrease as i rotate the pedal. Very gently though. Realised this after a grease change actually pushed the seal all the way out of the pedal
