Uhm.. I pretty much eyeballed it without writing it down, you can try it like this:
75g crunchy peanut butter (get the one with no added sugar)
75g honey or syrup
50g dark sugarHeat in a pan and mix, add 200g oats (for a better mix you can previously wizz half of them in the processor)
Stir and if too dry add more butter/syrup
Then add your flavor, coconut flakes, chopped dates, raisins, dried fruit, nuts, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, goji berries, you name it.
Turn off and pour the whole thing on a board with greaseproof paper, add another sheet on top and flatten that thing with a rolling pin to your desired thickness.
Bake for 20/25min at 180. Let it cool down before cutting it into bars/squares.
I brought some on the ride yesterday, they were a hit! (Although hard like marble in the freezin cold of yesterday)
In other news, made vegan flapjacks from scrap the other night for my first time. Will never buy them again, so easy to make loads!
