I love the XR22Ts and the XR31Ts. I really hope disc specific versions come out, want some all-stealthy non-machined sidewall versions.
I wonder why Kinlin's best rims aren't on their website, it's like they've forgotten they have a site. -
The hole is for the valve chae. Without the small hole how do poke a valve through.

Depends on how big the "small hole" is. If the hole is located above a spoke hole deffo repair it. The sealant will still seal it at some point but you don't want white goo leaking out of your nipples, do you?
If it's only got one layer of tape per rim them you might as well build the rim bed up and chuck another layer on; repair job done, easier set up achieved.
Give yourself a pat on the back and then have a whisky.
