I get the 'intellectual property' thing, but I reckon if alpkit can have them made, presumably in China or some such place, shipped to this country, package them, and then post them to me for £35, whilst still presumably making a profit, then why were the Jones version £105 dearer?
I couldn't afford two pairs of Jones, but I was also fed up with having my pants pulled down and digits rammed up my pooper.

I emailed them at support@alpkit.com and they sent me an invoice via PayPal.

Much much better quality than expected. Not light by any means, but they feel like they can take a battering. 660ctc. Came with a thank you note to boot.
