I have some shimano 11sp hydro shifters. What are my options for rear mechs if I want to go larger than 32t on the rear cog. I guess shimano mtb and road has different pull ratios?

Took lht out for a 15mile spin to test it out. New cockpit is a revelation, it's pretty damn upright and comfy, practically a hybrid. Stem is possibly a touch short with the sweep of the bars but Have just ordered a 110mm 0° to try as well.
Bon jons are super cushy but don't feel slow at all which is nice. Have realised my rear wheel isn't quite round tho which is annoying.
Just fettling with the gears left to do really(dura-ace dt shifters to xt mechs) and considering hacking 18" off the seatpost that'll never be used by me. Not gonna save much weight but every little helps on this tank... -

Inspired by this

I have made a decaleur for supporting my rando bag using cheap bar extensions bought on ebay. These fit 22.2 tubes, so I made a small 22.2mm insert with a 10mm hole and a slot for compression clamping when tightend.
I haven't actually tried it yet, but I thought somebody might like to make one for themselves. Can be done with a file hacksaw and a drill. -

Cheers, tt might actually be a little on the long side for me.. should be able to sort that with a normal sized stem and inline post though.
I have some LA84's on my Tommasini that I could nick but I think I'm just going to stick some riders on it for now for maximum fun

Yep, these bikes are all about the fun. Would be nice to see a pic with the LA's on there though.

Got this last week, going to build it up ss or 1x, trying to keep it cheap. The dropouts are brazed so might try to braze in some horizontal ones and disc fork to turn it fixed if i decide to keep it for some time.

Finished the Marschall Alamo a couple of days ago. Took a while to figure out what size seatpost to go for. It ended up needing a 30.0 mm. Lucky me Thomson makes just about any size.

A bit too big for you? That thing's massive. Really nice though, those wheels look great in the sun.

I just got a new chain installed on my bike in the capital of Lao. After putting some links together again (the guy made it too short at first) he hit the pin with a hammer to seal it or so. I gave me kind of a heart attack. Does anyone ever does this or is this asian madness??
I'm in E11 but i can
