given that the post on the London CX Facebook page is more confusing than Theresa May's EU exit policy explained by two goats, can someone tell me what the entry requirements are for the team championships? I have no team mates, can I still race? Do I have to find 3 other similarly lost souls? Is it a relay? Why...?
