I have made a decaleur for supporting my rando bag using cheap bar extensions bought on ebay. These fit 22.2 tubes, so I made a small 22.2mm insert with a 10mm hole and a slot for compression clamping when tightend.
I haven't actually tried it yet, but I thought somebody might like to make one for themselves. Can be done with a file hacksaw and a drill.
