IIRC there's some provenance behind this frame.
When it was first sold to @countryboj I was working at Harry Hall cycles in Manchester and I was contemplating trying to get my grubby mitts on it back then.
These were custom made for a couple of track stars who were based at Manchester Velodrome.
Back in the day Harry Hall was one of the go to shops, particularly up north, if you wanted decent frames and decent kit.
Harry Hall was Tommy Simpson's mechanic aswell I think.
