I've got a pot(?) of Stilton left over from Christmas.
Any ideas for a (vegetarian) recipe that involves somehow making it crispy? I can give or take blue cheese most of the time, but it's unbeatable when it's baked.
Stuff pitted dates with stilton, wrap them in squares of puff pastry, and seal twisting them like wrapped candies. Repeat, bake, eat. It's proven to be an ever winning appetizer! Works well with figs too!
