  • I've got a pot(?) of Stilton left over from Christmas.

    Any ideas for a (vegetarian) recipe that involves somehow making it crispy? I can give or take blue cheese most of the time, but it's unbeatable when it's baked.

  • Cut a cauliflower into 'steaks', sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper then crumble your cheese over it... Whack it in a hot oven til it's crispy at the edges and wolf down...

    I do this with grana padano all the time, it's fucking delicious with a salad... Throw a couple of grapes into yours...
