How reliable is the Dolan web site?
Depend on how accurate their stock taking is.
No website are accurate, you can always email them if you're concerned.
Velodrome Shop is a whole different ballpark, poor stock taking and tend to lure people in buying stuff that not in stock (so that they can back order it).

I did what bazschmaz did because I wanted to buy a Zen and some SG75s online, then collect the following day from the showroom.
Couple of years ago, and can't remember the name of the chap I spoke to on the phone, but he was super helpful, went to check stock, and said they had plenty in, and the order was in a carrier bag ready to collect in the morning.

This isn't really the right place to ask this, but anyway.
How reliable is the Dolan web site? When they say they have a selection of sugino cranks in stock do they really have them in stock or are they lying and going to take my money until I ask for a refund, a bit like velodrome shop.
It just seams a bit too good to be true. I guess I'm asking are they reliable in delivering, if anybody has any recent experience, cheers.
