Took lht out for a 15mile spin to test it out. New cockpit is a revelation, it's pretty damn upright and comfy, practically a hybrid. Stem is possibly a touch short with the sweep of the bars but Have just ordered a 110mm 0° to try as well.
Bon jons are super cushy but don't feel slow at all which is nice. Have realised my rear wheel isn't quite round tho which is annoying.
Just fettling with the gears left to do really(dura-ace dt shifters to xt mechs) and considering hacking 18" off the seatpost that'll never be used by me. Not gonna save much weight but every little helps on this tank...
