Made "pizza" with dough made of oats, cauliflower and ground almonds. It was more of an experiment rather than dictated by dietary requirements as you may come to think.
Two simple toppings:
focaccia: cherry tomatoes, moroccan olives, rosemary and salt flakes
margherita: tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil
Surprisingly enough it wasn't that bad. I'm gonna have to eat some real one soon enough to shake the image off the back of my head though..
