  • remember these?

    https://youtu.be/h_MzHFiu-6Y

    bullshit on a stick.

  • You know that clip will eventually appear on one of those "It was alright in the xx's" shows, with celebrities chuckling at how the majority were so fucking gullible back then.

  • Should Brexit go ahead, can you honestly envisage a future where any renegotiated immigration regimes are EASIER for migrants?

    Question 4;

Welt am Sonntag: The message we hear here, on the European continent, is that the two countries that traditionally were the leading champions of capitalism and free trade now turn their back to the world.

    #sckbrn

  • Has just read that article. Some rare (and overdue) clarity on the government's intentions.

  • Wow, I've never seen that.. The way they've used graphics and sound is something you'd expect off a children's program. Or an episode of Brass Eye...

  • Try the quiz on voteleave.uk

  • Hammond: At the moment, we don’t have any control, not any more than Germany does.

Welt am Sonntag: And that has to stop?

Hammond: That has to stop. That’s the message the British people sent on June 23rd.

My memory may be a little fuzzy on this one - I seem to recall roughly half of all those that actually voted (so ignoring those that didn't / couldn't vote) chose Leave, and (according to polls) 33% of those did so due to fears over immigration.

Which works out at roughly 5.5m people out of an electorate of 46m people.

The rest is just the same old moon-on-a-stick crap being spouted by government.

    Maybe I missed something.

  • Fantasy... Amazing...

  • Rickrolling still happening 10 years on.

  • http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/brexit-latest-news-northern-ireland-crisis-stormont-assembly-delay-theresa-may-illegal-article-50-a7526126.html

Hmm...I have my doubt this will happen. Unless the high court rules yes parliament MUST discuss and trigger article 50...but for that Stormont's MLAs must be present.

[chocolate teapots though as the DUP is sucking up to the Tories and SF won't sit in Westminster "cos it's a foreign government"...ugh...]

  • The world now waits to hear the PM's grand plan for Brexit, watch the stock markets reaction today....

  • Listening to Paul Nuttall on Radio 4 trying to praise Trump: "It's clear that he's an Anglophobe"

    Oh dear :)

  • in other ukippulons being thick, facile cunts news, it's forum-favourite godfrey 'thick, facile cunt' bloom:

  • Jaysus the shite under my soles has more insight than this guy

    "global society"
    but
"no people from other parts of the globe"

    Yes doublespeak much?

  • Obviously not wanting to tar all Leavers with the same brush, but statistically didn't they tend to be older (consuming more healthcare, pensions, etc.) and located in areas of lower economic activity (ie producing less)?

Given that health care and pensions pretty much equal all other state spending put together, when push comes to shove shouldn't people Godfreys age be put down?

  • Are you standing for the Soylent Green party? ;)

  • The philosopher A.C. Grayling (I think it was him) called for a general strike to oppose Brexit. I think that'd put this tweet into context. A whole lot of black cabs roaming around London with only foreign tourists to pick up.

    #generalizing

  • *Adds to film list

    Sorry I probably should have just said;

when push comes to shove shouldn't people like Godfrey be put down?

Just refreshing myself of his past statements. He has obviously had a deeply unhappy life to turn into such an unbelievably obnoxious cunt. So I'll just send him lots of love through the ether from my bleeding liberal heart.

  • This Dominic Cummings blog is interesting so far. Very long. Although this statement upset me:

"if Boris, Gove, and Gisele had not supported us and picked up the baseball bat marked 'Turkey/NHS/£350 million' with five weeks to go, then 650,000 votes might have been lost"

    Baseball bat marked "lies"

  • That's the spirit, hate begets hate, love begets chocolate, trite statements and awful flower and heart embroidered cushions :p

I dunno what's wrong with this guy but US vs THEM thinking is probably a start...

  • This whole meet hate with love and it will overcome thing baffles me.

These people literally don't give two shits what you think, left unchecked they will continue to spew hatred and go out of their way to harm others. you don't beat them by being nice to them, you beat them by standing up to them.

it's like your mum telling you to just not go near the bully at school and he'll leave you alone. then you get chased round the playground because it's physically impossible to go anywhere without bumping into him or one of his mates.

either someone in charge needs to step the fuck up and sort it out, or you need to face up to them and show them that their actions wont wash. if you just let cunts keep being cunts you end up with the lord of the flies (or the GOP).
