I've only worn a brand new Castelli jacket a handful of times before the metal tab at the base of the zip has fallen off and lost, meaning it can't be zipped up. Very disappointing and cheap design, and I am enquiring about a replacement, but has anyone successfully had a zip damaged like this repaired?
