RS685. They've always been noisy in the wet which I'd expect - but leaving the house this Monsignor and braking down the hill I thought I'd wake up the whole street.

Hoping it's just a load of shit/salt on the pads after the recent weather. Might pick up some disc brake cleaner from Evans on the way home.

Dont know how many miles youve done on them but is there a chance theyve completely worn out? Should they really be noisy in the wet? Seems like a design flaw if they are

Discs are noisy in the rain, that's a fact.

Done a 1000 miles on them but had the wheels out at the weekend and pads were fine.

Good clean is probably due, beyond just MucOff over the whole bike.
