Pep is suffering from several poor transfer windows and City's inability to sign a decent centre back as well as an ageing team that requires wholesale changes.
Spunking £80m on Mangala and Otamendi was pure madness -

He's come at a difficult time - he was at Barca when it was clearly a two/three-horse race, and in the Bundesliga before Red Bull got there, whereas the Premier League has been wide open for the last two years and every team is at a different stage of a period of rebuilding.
City probably have the best attack in the league, but unlike Germany and Spain, it's a league where you need to play with centre backs who can tackle and head.
He'll get used to it for sure, but watching people get knocked off their pedestal is fun - especially when they're used to success. Don't tell me you didn't enjoy Mourinho's capitulation last year!

Davies looked a very decent player, not seen him much before

All set for an overhyped 0-0 with much bus parking. I hope not

Moaning hipsters. JK 2017
"Then I wanted a coffee and in the can was only tea. It’s started already, yeah? It’s all OK. It’s football and we are ready for it."

Apparently Payet is off to Marseille - which seems nuts to me. A complete sidewards step

Is he though? Managed the best club side in the world with Iniesta and Xavi at their peak.
Bayern Munich won the treble before he took over and won fuck all the following season(I think?)...all that in a two club leagueBeen in the comfy chair his whole career and now looks like City will probably finish in their lowest position in years...if he lasts 'til May

Not forgetting £50m on Stones who has looked like a Sunderland defender most the season
-
• #133538
Ermm what's xenophobia got to do with it? He'll be at Celtic next

Been coming through the ressies the last few seasons and has been talked about for years. Martinez gave him 4/5 appearances pre-season and back end of last season too in Prem

Pogba puts a yellow blow in his hair and thinks he's playing for liverpool in their hideous away kit. cracking stuff. 0-4 coming on.
-
• #133541
Pogba's a dick isn't he!? Gives away a pen for a stupid handball, so what does he do for the next corner? Puts someone in a headlock. £80m of liability.

Gary Neville said it best, "it's like he's never defended a corner before in his life"

Not a penalty..

• #133545
Well he looked the business today
-
• #133546
I don't count Stones because whilst very expensive, he is a good defender and not in the same bracket of signing as the other two shitwhops
-
• #133547
Yep..
-
• #133548
No they won the treble
Then they won the double, then the league and then the double again.
I think he's widely considered one of the best Bayern manager in win % terms and trophies, alongside Heynckes and Hitzfeld
And he improved upon Rijkaard's Barcelona and is regarded as their best ever manager.

Imagine you're Marcus Rashford and you've just helped United win their previous two games. You're 1-0 down against your biggest rivals and you watch Rooney and Fellaini get subbed on ahead of you...
Time for a move?
