I don't know, I like the line up nowadays than in the past, especially the Pony Express, the Space Horse Disc (the 650b model actually extremely well proportional in the smaller sizes compare to Surly), the Natural Boy Disc with tapered headtube.
They are still selling most of the original frameset on top of this.

Surly seems to be quite able to move forward (edit: adapt) within their segment while All City is making moves between them.
In my opinion, they should've pushed on developing a competitive steel fork instead of going carbon.
