  • Fine line to walk isn't?
I mean, I get it - they have to move product to stay in business, but my argument is, that All City is moving away from what drew customers to them in the first place.
Surly seems to be quite able to move forward (edit: adapt) within their segment while All City is making moves between them.
In my opinion, they should've pushed on developing a competitive steel fork instead of going carbon.

I don't know, I like the line up nowadays than in the past, especially the Pony Express, the Space Horse Disc (the 650b model actually extremely well proportional in the smaller sizes compare to Surly), the Natural Boy Disc with tapered headtube.

They are still selling most of the original frameset on top of this.

  • Perhaps. I'm probably never buying a road bike anyways, and I just remembered the Log Lady and the JYD, which I think are really cool.
