One day that'll be you on a "dad bike"!
I took my "dad bike" (complete with 37c Hypers) out on the club ride this morning, as I couldn't stand the shame of turning up with no mudgaurds when it was clearly gonna piss down all morning.
The weight of the bike hurt a bit on hills but the Hypers rolled very nicely and I was most glad of full mudguards.
Would ride heavy bike with nice fat tyres again.
