Why are you so keen to move?
Because you like the new house so much or you're not happy with current house?

The house is in Bushwood, which is where we would ideally live. It's a semi, with nice period features and a bit more space. We had planned to start looking for something like that in around 12 months time, so it's a bit early but figure if we can make it work financially then why not.
Also we've finished our place, so, new project

if new house is 775 - then its 775 x 1.1 (roughly) to give me an idea of stamp duty etc
Hmmmmm on that basis I've booked a viewing. FML
