+1 for the Vittoria Hypers. I run the 35mm on my cross check and they're comfy, pretty light, roll as fast as you could expect 35s on a surly, and confidence inspiringly grippy, even in wet.
Not the sexiest tyre in the world but for the price they seem like a really good all rounder to me.
