Obviously there is always going to be a bit of bias towards one of your own clubs academy prospects. He fits the way we play well, but hasn't been tested at Premier League level yet.
Also, yes he seems to have been around for ages, but he's still only 21 and is developing physically now and his stats this season suggest it's benefiting his game even further.
