a cog that was not on tight enough (causing me to fall pulling away from lights)
I'd always taken it that the cog was only on loose so that if you don't want it on, it's easy to get off. And why on earth would you ride something like a new wheel without checking that the cog was on tight? I'd never trust a cog and lockring that I'd not installed or checked myself.
Cool so if I can't get in contact about my order that was completed wrongly (wanted two cross front, got radial), with scratched rims, binding bearings on the rear and a cog that was not on tight enough (causing me to fall pulling away from lights) then I guess I'll just let the forum know that once you've paid, there's no communication at all.
I've tried emailing from personal email address, emailing via v-sprint website, replying to invoice email, and contacting here (leaving time to reply because of the busy holiday period) but have had nothing but silence. Emails enquiring about perchase got replied to though.
