Should be 28.6mm.
Just checked the FD I have. It's a bit rattier than I thought it was - I imagine @GreatSince78 will have more options for you but give me a shout if you get stuck for one.

the only problem is I don't know what clamp size. It's for a croix de fer. I already have a clamp.
