I'm in the same boat as you only commuting miles, about 100 a week so I've no idea what 120 in one stint is like. I'm intending to do some training over the coming months though and try and get some long (for me) rides in beforehand.
That's fine.
You'll be able to do it without an issue, probably faster than you realise.
Just make sure you take enough food and water... you don't need to go nuts, and you can top up water at a few points, but the only thing that will be a risk to you making this distance easily is bonking 2/3 of the way in because you didn't eat and drink enough.
Beer helps at the beginning, and flapjacks and other things stuffed in pockets will do you good.
