Also this is not just a bump on the cycle track. It is the actual entrance to the cycle track that has not been properly levelled.
I don't expect anything at all and I knew they'd ask us to fill a form.
We also reported the issue to TfL who will investigate the area (which is the track alongside the golden mile Great West Road in Hounslow.)
It seems I am attracting bad feelings because I am attempting to somehow sue the tfl over a small thing.
We do not think it's small. These issues are all over the place and tfl is well aware of them thanks to the work of all the local LCCs. Still, should we just accept the fact?
My gf could be dead or seriously injured wasn't it for the helmet, I think asking for it to be fixed and at least the price of the helmet back is reasonable?
She uses it every day and that's not the first time she fell (in different areas) or came in close contact with other cyclists as it is quite narrow sometimes.
