In my experience, whichever you can find. They are hard to find. I've got SRAM ones.

That's what I've got. CL 160mm Shimano something or other and 140mm Avid HSX CL rear. Both work fine. Getting a new set of wheels with 6 bolt so I've bought some cheapo rotors for now, will see how bad they are and look for something better if they're really bad.
