  • I really want to do this this year. Need to get out and ride a bit, as mostly am just a commutenger at present.

  • Its a pretty easy ride to do on a low level of fitness, especially now with food options all the way through the night

  • Unclear whether you mean DD as a nice bit of getting out and riding, or if you think you need to get out and ride before doing it, but for reference it was my only long ride last year, one other of around 30 miles and I could probably count on two hands the number of commutes... If you don't feel the need to smash it it's fine (I may have been lulled into a false sense of confidence but I'm planning similar this year... )
