Thankfully we didn't get a whole cut. Morrisons sell them in 450g cuts.

Got a meat grinder for Christmas, thinking about making a traditional chilli con carne first and grinding up some flank.
Anyone got some mincing recommendations? Pretty sure I could knock up some offal burgers...

A new world is open to you. A world of pates, pies, rissoles, forcemeats, dumplings, terrines.

Bourgignon- my partner made one the other day with a stewing joint of beef. 3/4 I'd the way through she shredded it, pulled pork style, and put it back in the sauce. It was fantastic.

There's a Franco there apparently.
Close but not exactly bermo is Vapiano (cheap chain) in Southwark but could be fun for kids to order their own food and get it tapped on to a card. They do ok pizzas.
I like their carbonara. -

Made "pizza" with dough made of oats, cauliflower and ground almonds. It was more of an experiment rather than dictated by dietary requirements as you may come to think.
Two simple toppings:
focaccia: cherry tomatoes, moroccan olives, rosemary and salt flakes
margherita: tomato sauce, mozzarella and basilSurprisingly enough it wasn't that bad. I'm gonna have to eat some real one soon enough to shake the image off the back of my head though..

Made baked Cauliflower 'Buffalo Wings' last night as I'm cleaning out the freezer.
Surprisingly nice, I must admit, with a hot sauce dip.

Yep
The age old 'put your water damaged gadget in rice to make it work again' also doesn't work with it
The delightfully named 'mutton flaps' but yeah, the same cut...
