This weather has me in the mood for beef bourguignon or something similar. Does anyone have any recipes or suggestions?
Bourgignon- my partner made one the other day with a stewing joint of beef. 3/4 I'd the way through she shredded it, pulled pork style, and put it back in the sauce. It was fantastic.
