You don't say. Its been cut and not drilled for the appropriate seat post and therefore unusable in its current state so not on.
@Señor_Bear reading between the lines but I'm sure if Ho was told the current seatpost wouldn't work because its been cut then he would have had it sorted from the start.apparently this seat tube has been cut at some point in its life

Thought it was going to turn out to be a Chinese fake. Glad you're getting it sorted. Would still be having a word with the seller, you thought you were buying a pristine frame and it turns out it's been cut!
