Another suggestion is facebook.com/pg/shillibeers/photos/?ref=page_internal
which has a courtyard for 100's of bikes and a large "private" area if we don't book the whole place out.

A fantastic suggestion... emailed already.

Looks like it's great food and beer, and it's central, and it's large enough :) Go mands.
