Anyone have a recommendation for a thru-axle 24h dynamo?

I notice the lack of 24h everywhere, or when there are some that they are QR. But perhaps I don't know the dynamo market well enough.

That's dynamo market. Does not exist.
Or I'd have zipp 404s laced to a 24h son disc hub.

You could get 32h hub and lace it to 24h rim with 16/8 pattern.

This is the kind of thing that may make my wheelbuilder weep. I had a bad enough time getting a hybrid crows foot onto a dynamo without them freaking.
