• Have seen keto definitely works; well not really, no beer. Big at ACH and two have gone what you target ^ in about two month.

  • Might work for weight loss but not good for performance.

    I still plan on being quick (for me) in shorter stuff. Don't want to be beaten at a sprint finish by a girl or anything ;)

  • I'm doing it currently for weight loss, but not sure if I will maintain it once I'm doing the longer stuff from April onwards.
