Yeah, agreed. I was bidding conservatively, knowing I couldn't afford it anyway :-/. Even still my highest bid was pretty close to the winner... le sigh!
I have a MAX fork somewhere that just needs a longer steerer put on it, that would be cheapish and maybe take my mind off missing the Duell ;)

Looking at the calibre of the seller's other items I thought it might go really high, but prob only a bit higher than I would have paid if I was in the market. @MCamb I know that feeling.
