I can post up a proper report later (on phone right now) but you might want to have a look at the 820 forum on the Garmin site before pulling the trigger. It's getting a fairly relentless slagging - I've put 3000miles into mine and can confirm it is an absolute dog's dinner at the moment (although I appreciate it might still be the least bad option for you - Garmin had me over a barrel too!)
