What size is the King headset (assume that this is a NOthreadset rather than a regular nutted headset)?

What's the clamp size of the tektro levers? Dibs if it's 24mm

Just measured the internal diameter- looks like they're 26mm. Weird as I used the right hand one on a 25.4mm bar??!
