Hi Vince, sorry I missed this.
Yes, if you have the space for a huge 1 group then a fully plumbed in commercial would be my choice. Boxers are good, the steam wands often need replacing if they've been wrenched around by unsympathetic staff. Decent price that depending on condition, but the advert has disappeared.

There is a Rocket Espresso BOXER One Group Compact Commercial Coffee Machine on Gumtree at the moment. Only used once.
They are £3k on Bellabarista. The person is after £750 negotiable which is almost too good to be true.

@StevePeel Should I Invest and store it until I buy a new flat and plumb it in properly? Or is it just not worth it?
