I would, but it's in lots of bits. Hoping a good soak in boiling water may help. Seal is now removed, it came out in many many pieces.

There's a way to drive out the group head using just a bolt (I think) but I can't remember the method. Something like you screw in a bolt that's too long which forces the group head to lift away, except that wouldn't work, so don't do that!
