What about the ivy house as a venue? They have the middle room with stage, could probs just use the back room as bike storage. Or they have a garden at the back for bike piles.

There's also the Chesham, run by @jcgarcia . Large garden for bikes, great beer. I think we have plenty of good venue choices. (I missed this thread completely before.)
