I'm not sure there is such a thing as a fully waterproof overshoe - least not that I have found.
I've been using neoprene Shimano / Pro Tarmac for the last 4 years, and I'd buy them again were it not for the fact that it looks like Shimano may've stopped making them. There are a few to be had here and there, but most regular stockists appear to have Ø stock.ETA I wouldn't expect to get much more than 1 season's use out of them, before they develop terminal disassembly.

I got a pair of Tenn PU overshoes like these as a stopgap until something fancy came up in January sale but I won't bother with anything else. Ridden them in the rain, through puddles, muddy shit strewn roads and they've kept my feet warm and dry all winter. I'm pleasantly surprised by them.
For reference, I wear size 49 bont riots and bought the 12-13 which fit them nicely.
Waterproof overshoes.
Any recommendations?
Failing that, any brands/models that are to be avoided?
