Koga is as good as finished:
Will have it resprayed/powdercoated next year orso. Will have the frame, forks and stem in the same colour.
Also finally got a fixie again;
Bought the frameset of @Wadi2 and changed the forks for the ones that came with the Koga. After taking the picture I realized I need to till the bars down a bit so will do that.

Really like that Koga! Did you get it off retrobike per chance?

This week, Oi have been mostly turning 175mm Tiagra cranks into 155mm Tiagra cranks.

Hm, I know a guy in MN who does that for fairly cheap.

Yep, I know of him. Not cheap when shipping to and from the UK is involved. And import duty etc. If I was to get it done professionally then Mike Burrows would be my first port of call.

Having seen and ridden some of Mike's bikes, I would go with Mark for any kind of work that demands accuracy.

Also, if you only needed to buy a set and didn't need one converted it would be a little cheaper.
-
• #111991
True. Still pricey though.
-
• #111992
Having seen his crank-shortening kit, I'd be happy for him to do this job for me.

Fair 'nuff.
I wish the 'reply to' option was specific to the actual statement, not just the writer. -

It is if you click the "in reply to" part but effort.

I wish the 'reply to' option was specific to the actual statement, not just the writer.
If you select text from a comment and then press 'Reply', it automatically quotes the text.
Edit: I think I misread your comment. However, if people quoted each other more often, conversations would be a lot more clear in my opinion. ¯\(ツ)/¯

Aren't they "scalloped" at the back?
From speaking to MB, I thought wouldn't be possible.
-
• #111997
MB did mine: lovely job, super quick and only £25 too!
-
• #111998
yeah, I know, it once was automatically selected though
-
• #111999
Nice price.

They are, but there's enough space on the 175mm cranks between the existing pedal hole and the scallop to machine a new hole. Hang on, I'll take a photo...
nice. You're bikes are boss.
What size is that?
EDIT: damn +timbre
