Ha. Judging by how much millennials on here love Rapha (half of them work there) I'd say I'm not sure they need it but I know they have ambitions to be a fashion brand not a cycling brand so I guess that's true.

You seriously think that would stand up? If they are trying to attract MAMILs why not employ one? They already have lots of young employees, so they've already got that perspective.
I think you'll find this is more that they think the job would be beneath an older and more experienced copywriter, but age doesn't necessarily tally with experience.
That or they don't think an older person's face would fit. I'm sure it's not that of course...
