Yeah that's sort of where I'm leaning, spotted the rs685 hydraulics set on here for cheap(er) but that means new 11 speed drivetrain too... all adds up.

Genuine 5. Is two bar end shifters with the Hylex kit, that's definitely the cheapest way to get hydraulics and the 105 drivetrain.

Sorry if i misunderstood, but do you not need the ritchey or arkose? Either way it looks like you'll need a new groupset to keep all 3 running, so get groupsets that will best fit the bikes usage(s)

Yeah, not keeping all three running, Ritcheys already nearly out the door.

I'm leaning towards mech discs on the charge as it'll mainly be road usage, figure I'm needing the power/modulation of the hydraulics on the road.

I have found 10 speed DI2 bits on ebay which rekindled that idea....
